AGCO-Allis Lawn & Garden Equipment (AGCO Allis Outdoor Power Equipment) offered a large range of lawn and garden tractors beginning in 1990 and running through 2001, replacing the former Deutz-Allis Lawn & Garden Equipment. AGCO-Allis was itself replaced by AGCO Lawn & Garden Equipment when AGCO Corp. dropped the Allis name.

All of the AGCO-Allis lawn & garden equipment was built by the Simplicity Manufacturing Company of Port Washington, Wisconsin, USA. Simplicity licensed the AGCO-Allis brand, as well as the Massey Ferguson brand for lawn & garden equipment.

(At times, AGCO-Allis was marketed as Agco-Allis and Agco Allis, using two separate names, and varying in capital letters for AGCO.)
