Apache Solis was founded in 2010 as a joint venture between Apache and India's Sonalika International. Based in Parejas, Santa Fe, Argentina, the company is to begin importing and assembling tractors from Sonalika, and work towards manufacturing and including 60% of domestic Argentine parts. The tractors were first marketed in 2011.
