Beet Harvesters are a type of machine that were developed to harvest root crops like sugar beet. The machines remove the top and lift the beet out of the ground and load them into hopper or direct into a trailer. The earliest machines were self built by farmers. The machines have then developed into sophisticated self propelled machines cable of harvesting hundreds of tons per day.
