Benfra Spa is a Italian company founded by Elio Bendini and Giorgio Frascaroli in Bologna, Italy in 1947 to convert agricultural tractors to industrial use. The original name was, Bendini, Frascaroli and Co SpA then Benfra Spa from 1970.

In 1956 the company relocated to Modena. In 1992, the Benfra product line was composed by wheeled and crawler excavators, attachment for excavators, wheeled loaders, backhoe tractors and forklift trucks.

Benfra closed in 1995.
