Deutz-Allis Lawn & Garden Equipment (Deutz-Allis Outdoor Power Equipment) offered a large range of lawn and garden tractors beginning in 1985 and running through about 1990, replacing the former Allis-Chalmers Lawn & Garden Equipment. Deutz-Allis was itself replaced by AGCO-Allis Lawn & Garden Equipment when AGCO Corp. purchased Deutz-Allis and replaced the Deutz name.

All of the Deutz-Allis lawn & garden equipment was built by Simplicity Manufacturing Company of Port Washington, Wisconsin, USA. Simplicity licensed the Deutz-Allis brand for lawn & garden equipment.
