For high-clearance model see: McCormick Farmall Super AV-1 For industrial version see: International Super A-1

International Harvester's 1954 production of the McCormick Farmall Super A-1 was a stopgap measure to give the Farmall Super A a little more power to carry it through until the new Farmall 100 was ready. The Super A-1 replaced the International C-113 4-cylinder engine with the larger-bore C-123, borrowed from the Farmall Super C tractor but governed down to the Super A's normal 1400 rpm. Otherwise, the Super A-1 was the same as the Super A.
