Ferguson-Sherman Mfc Corp was founded By Harry Ferguson and Ebor and Claude Sherman in Dearborn, USA to manufacture the range of implements designed by Harry Ferguson to go with his system. Original they built the plough to go with the Fordson tractor and the earlier system to fit the Model T Car/tractor conversions. The Sherman brothers were Ford tractor dealers for the Dearborn area. They were instrumental in setting up the deal with Henry Ford and Harry Ferguson that resulted in the Ford 9N with the Ferguson System.
