From Tractor & Construction Plant Wiki

The Henry Garner Ltd a company based in Birmingham England, started importing the tractor from the USA in 1916/17. The tractor was built a design by Garner, based on the American Galloway tractor. Sales wer apparently poor, but it cost significantly more than the competing Austin and Fordson tractors.
