Guangqi Hino Motors (GHM) was formed in 2007 from the merger of Guangzhou Yangcheng Automobile Co Ltd and Shenyang Hino Automobile Manufacturing Co Ltd for the manufacturing of heavy duty trucks, buses and engines under the GAC Hino brand. It is a joint venture with Hino of Japan and Guangzhou Automobile Group. It is based in Conghua, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.[1]
