The International 274 Offset was a diesel-powered replacement for the long-running International Farmall 140. It was built in Japan by KIMCO (Komatsu-International Mfg. Co. Ltd.), a joint venture of Komatsu and International Harvester. It was based on the International 284 utility tractor and powered by a Nissan diesel 27 hp (20 kW) engine.
