The International TD-8E was a diesel engined crawler tractor built by the International Harvester company from 1974 to 1984 in the USA.

The International TD-8E was an upgrade of the TD-8C Full Power Shift. The main change was the addition of a turbocharger to the 239 ci 4-cylinder diesel engine. The new power output of 78 net hp exceeded the 75 hp of the TD-9B, so the older model was dropped. The TD-8E competed with the Allis-Chalmers HD-6EP, Case 850B and 850C, Caterpillar D-4D, Fiat-Allis 8, Fiatallis FD-5, and John Deere JD550. In 1984 International Harvester sold its construction equipment operations to Dresser Industries, which continued to build the TD-8E.
