Motorsazan Company, (Motor Sazan), is an engine manufacturer based in Tabriz, Iran. Founded in 1975, it was a part of the Iran Tractor Manufacturing Company (ITMCo), and was split off into its own subsidiary in 1987. The engines were originally based on designs licensed from Perkins.

Products include 3, 4 and 6-cylinder engines based on Perkins, and a Renault-licensed engines used in agriculture for tractors, generating sets, etc....[1]

ITMCo is one of Motorsazan's largest customers, using the engines in their Massey Ferguson-licensed tractors. Other customers include ITIMCo (also a part of ITMCo).
