A Bomford triple head twin bladed topper

A Pasture topper is a type of mower, designed to cut the top off areas of long growth such as weeds within pasture fields. this helps establish more even growth of the grasses. They do not cut the grass as short as a mower would do.

Pasture toppers vary in size from small to fit compact or horticulture tractors up to 3m + folding machine for large acre farms. Generally they are 3-Point linkage mounted attachments driven by the P.T.O.
