Pavesi-Tolotti SA. was Italian manufacturer of a early all-wheel driven wheeled-tractors beginning in 1914. The company founded by Ing Pavesi was based in Milan and was later controlled by Fiat.

A number were built for use as gun tractors and they were tried out by forces in several countries. Several different series of wheeled-tractors were manufactured until 1942. Beginning in September 1943, such vehicles were taken over and used by the Wehrmacht during World War II.

Some were imported / bult under license in the UK and fitted with British built Armstrong-Siddeley engines. These were trial-ed by the war office but were not considered successful.
