Shanghai New Holland Agricultural Machinery Corp., Ltd is a joint venture between CNH Global (60%) and SAIC (40%). It was founded in Shanghai, China in 2001 with the incorporation of SAIC's tractor facilities in the venture. They had previously manufactured under the Shanghai brand. The new models are sold under SNH and New Holland brands.[1]
