Terex Vectra Equipment (P) Limited is a manufacturer and distributor of construction equipment based in Uttar Pradesh, India. It was a 70:30 joint venture between Terex (US) and the Vectra Group (UK), and is now a 50:50 joint venture. They manufacture skid-steer loaders and backhoe loader tractors under the Terex Vectra brand name.
Products then transitioned to carry only the Terex brand name.
In 2017, French company Manitou purchased the Indian-division from Terex, and began using the brand names of Manitou Terex as well as Terex.[1]
