The transport box as a versatile innovation to allow tractors to easily move small loads like bales for feed or churns of milk to the collection point. The box fits to the Three-point linkage and is thus able to be lifted and lowered for ease of loading. Enables the tractor to move small loads without towing a trailer. Very popular with small stock farmers, especially before Land Rovers and Quad bikes to reach outlying fields. Prbably the most popular accesory for early tractors when manufactures and others offered a range of attachments and Implements to bost it versatility before specialist machines became available.
